1 More Item Off the Bucket List- Number 60

So yes, I did it! Friday I grew some backbone and ate crab for the first time and I have to say; I am hooked!!! Sooo yummy. I am not one to eat seafood (other then breaded shrimp), so this is big for me! I had flounder too :)Thank you Red Lobster for getting me addicted!

Week 1: Weigh-Ins

So here I am again, back at road one. I should've been so much further, but I've lost all motivation. I still haven't bought a scale to do pounds, but I will go ahead and do my measurements.

Comparisons from my first weigh in on April 11, 2010:

Bust: 48

If I look at it, I've made a huge huge progress, but I still need to do more.
Hips are always my problem area. I'd like to be out of the 50's and into the low 40's. I'm shooting for late May 2011, to have the beach body I want for vacation and to wear a bikini.

Yoga dvds should be here Wednesday, so I'll be exercising (I hope) 3 to 4 days a week, for 30 min a time.

Kicking My Butt in Gear

Next May, Josh and I are taking a vacation with my parents to Galveston Island. We went last summer and had a blast and I vow to make this vacation even better. We're starting to save and plan ahead. We'll more than likely stay in the same beach house the we did when we went last time. With that being said, I have 9 months to get in shape.

I've lost a good 30 pounds and continue to loose weight mostly from walking and drinking a ton of water, but I need to do more to tone myself up. My friend recommended yoga and I think I'm going to take his advice, I want to be more toned than super skinny, so here is my motivation:

I think Kourtney Kardashian is gorgeous; more so than her sister Kim. She is fit, but still curvy and that's my goal. I am also going to restart weekly weigh-ins and measurement and redoing my diet. I also plan to show some of the things I eat through the day to help people facing the same thing I am.

Here's to have hope; hope to be healthy, fit, and to look good in a bikini by next summer.

I still plan on taking my pin up pictures; just haven't locked in a date. I also will be getting a tattoo on my foot to reward myself for my hard work :)

Insomnia Sucks

So, PMS decided to be a bitch again and here I am, up at 3:30 a.m. when I have to work 8:30 to 5:30. I even went to bed, exhausted, at a decent time. I've tossed and turned all night and maybe slept an hour total. Oh, it'll be suck a long day for me.

I expect a crash around noon. Sorry my sweet babies, but Mrs. Jenn will be a little crab today.

Stupid PMS

So, Mother Nature has decided to be a bitch and kill me this month. I was 3 weeks late on my period and surprise! I get it today. I have cramps from Hell and I feel terrible.

I think since I'm feeling this way; I have every excuse to be able to go this crazy lol.
