Zoey is 100 days old!

On Sunday- September 1st, Zoey turned 100 days old! She is 3 and a half months and is growing up so fast. She has really blossomed the past few weeks and has become really vocal and active. She loves cooing, talking, and playing with her play mat. She is also sleeping all through the night (mommy says thank you!). Her hair is coming in really thick and looks like it's trying to curl. She's a great baby and we are so blessed.Here's some recent pictures:

Woo! I need to stop neglecting this blog so much, it has been a good breather for me. What has been going on with us? Too much! Too much to bore everyone with words, but how about pictures? I know that's what I prefer to see on other's blogs. From this moment on, i'm going to try and post at least once a week on here sharing everything from baby things and things I pick up shopping :)

Zoey is the size of a carrot this week and almost weighs a pound!

In other news... I went to the doctor last Wednesday and had a scare with my amniotic fluid level being too low. It was an emotional, punch in the gut. I cried in the parking lot for a good hour after the appointment and felt like an idiot for putting Zoey in harm from my stupid, selfish ways. The midwife (who is amazing by the way) had to do a pelvic exam on me (which sucked!) to check and make sure my water hadn't broke, luckily it hadn't. We think it's low because I haven't been drinking my water like I am supposed to and that I was dehydrated. I go back Friday to be rechecked and to see if drinking water solves everything. 

I have bee drinking about 3 liters of water a day and not much else. I've been peing like crazy, so I know I was dehyrated. I feel so much better being hydrated though. I also had to do a gender/growth scan, but Zoey was being ornery and slept the whole time. We didn't see her face or much else because she had the back of her head towards us and was curled up in a ball. Hopefully she chooses to be more active Friday, but we would appreciate prayers, it's been scary. She is very healthy and strong, so that's a plus for us.

In better news, we've started on the nursery, so I will be posting pics of it the next few days. I am proud of it, it's super cute!  I'll be buying lots of great stuff in the next month or so. I am excited to share the journey from here on out with you guys. Pregnancy has been go to me so far :)

I am also going back to school, so pray for me there too lol.
