So here I am again, back at road one. I should've been so much further, but I've lost all motivation. I still haven't bought a scale to do pounds, but I will go ahead and do my measurements.

If I look at it, I've made a huge huge progress, but I still need to do more.
Hips are always my problem area. I'd like to be out of the 50's and into the low 40's. I'm shooting for late May 2011, to have the beach body I want for vacation and to wear a bikini.
Yoga dvds should be here Wednesday, so I'll be exercising (I hope) 3 to 4 days a week, for 30 min a time.
