This week's questions:
{1} What is something that you currently spend money on that you consider a splurge or frivolous?
{2} Tell us about your first paying job. How old were you?
{3} Do you plan date nights and extras into a monthly/weekly budget?
{4} Share one of your money saving tips with us.
And finally, Christine @ http://cmgendreau.blogspot.com wants to know:
{5} If you won the lottery - would you spend it frivolously or use what you need and save the rest? Why?

I get to splurge pretty regularly. If I had to guess, I consider it a splurge when I get to order my Mary Kay. Reminds me, STILL need to order my personal stuff!
{2} Tell us about your first paying job. How old were you?
Taco Mayo! I was 15, almost 16 and worked at the most ghetto Taco Mayo on Earth. Like seriously, this place hadn't been remodeled in 20-25 years (my parent's had their first date there in '82 and it looked exactly the same!)and was in the middle of nowhere! Seriously, I was the she'll do it all girl. I remember having to scrub the nasty trash grime from the bottom of the old trash cans. I wanted to puke, it was awful!
{3} Do you plan date nights and extras into a monthly/weekly budget?
Sadly, no. We should, but we don't. We kind of go on a whim, because Josh has been working so much lately, that we just don't have the time. We do plan out where we'll go to eat and stuff when we go out of town though. That will be next week and I am sooo excited!

Probably not the best at this, because I can't save money for anything in my life! But to play fair, I advise: 1. Make homemade meals. They are so much cheaper, healthier, and goes further! 2. Use coupons! They're like free money!

I'd blow through a few thousand, QUICK! I'd first pay off all debts- student loans, credit cards, cars, etc. and pay ahead on bills. I'd hurry and finish school and then use a few more thousands to buy anything I desired, needed. I'd also make sure Josh could buy all the things he had put off for so long, but has always wanted. The rest goes in a bank account for us to live comfortably on for the rest of our lives :)
