Tunes Tuesday- A Few Days Late!

I have been sooo busy this week with work and just being exhausted, so I apologize for being 3 days behind without posts! Here's my weekly tunes post.

This week, I am going with a love song and what better love song singing duo than Faith Hill and Tim McGraw? I think I adore both of them so much because they've been married for so long- you feel love in their duets. This song is probably my favorite- I Need You. Swapoween Package Reveal!

Today I came home from work and found my Swapoween package was here! I was soooo excited, getting packages is like Christmas for me and this was definetely, n0o exception! I participated in the Annual Swapoween Swap hosted by the lovely Beth at Living a Goddess Life and Miss Angie at My So Called Chaosand was paired with the adorable Vanessa from A Randomlicious Blog for the Soul. I could not have been paired with a more perfect partner. I really have made a great blogging friend with Vanessa and really hope we can keep in touch and continue to do swaps in the future.



Anyhow, she surprised me and TOTALLY put my package to shame (I am working on the last few touches and will get your package out on Thursday!). She didn't just send 1 package, she sent me 2!!!! Yes, 2!!! See.... my package totally put to shame! I could tell hubby had been tortured all day by having to wait until I got home to open them (maybe he should sign up for a swap next time?). Anyhow, we really LOVED opening the boxes and seeing what was inside.

Are you ready for this? I don't think you are! The boxes were totally full of cuteness!

Dove Chocolates- yum! I LOVE Dove and I love dark chocolate, so this is perfect! Hubby never tried Dove before (shame...), so I was nice and shared. We enjoyed our motivational messages on the wrappers :)



Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix- OMG, I LOVE pumpkin anything in the fall! I'll have to try this out this weekend :) Yummy!

1. The best part of waking up each day is __________?
Waking up on my own- without help and in good help. Then, rolling over and seeing Josh there by me. It's the best feeling in the world.


2. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
I'd probably be 19. One of the best years of my life. Went to OU, had courage to get out of a crappy relationship, met tons of friends, had tons of fun. Met Josh alter that year :) Sad thing is, I could probably still pass for 19.



3.Red or Green Apples? Green, definitely! The more sour, the better!


4. Do you forgive easily? Not at all. I tend to hold grudges for a while. I have to forgive on my own and when I'm ready.


5. If you could live in any home on a television series, which would it be? Carrie Bradshaw's House on Sex and the City. I know it's an apartment, but it has style! I'd be in awww of the clothes too!

Sexy Men Saturday: Volume 2

I totally forgot to post Saturday, Sunday, and now, today, but I will soooo make up for it, Starting with Sexy Men Saturday!!

Michael C. Hall- I am a huge Dexter fan. I love his deep voice and his goal to get rid of criminals who killed innocent people. He's pretty nice to stare at for an hour too :).


Hugh Jackman- Who cares if he is in his mid to late 40's and could be my dad? He is dang sexy. I admit, I watched the X-Men movies mostly to watch him lol. How about the butt scene in Wolverine? Oh, yes!


Mark Wahlberg- No, not when he was in his Marky Mark days, but his acting days. Definitely gets sexier as he gets older and more mature. I don't need the pants dropping days from him to make me sweat. Just look at those arms! Yum!


Justin Timberlake- Mr. J.T. I have been a fan since my junior high N'SYNC loving days and Justin was always my favorite. I had posters of him with his lil' fro all over my room. I look at him now and think, what did I see back then? Cause the buzz cut look is soooo much hotter! I love his songs (you need another album!) and love his acting (anyone see him in Bad Teacher? :)).


And the last 1:

Bradley Cooper- Mmmm, mmm, mmm! Those blue eyes!! I didn't like him in Wedding Crashers (he was a douche!), BUT I loved him in The Hangover. I literally have to get the mop out to clan up the puddle of drool after I watch him on t.v. lol.

Lazy Saturday Morning: Hair

I have been debating on cutting my hair for a while, so on the 25th, that'll happen. I've been trying to talk myself into a stacked bob, but don't quite think that I am brave enough to do that. I am going to cut a few inches off and do a different color.

You guys will have to see the reveal, cause I want to leave it a surprise :)
